Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Inner Vision EFT website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Inner Vision EFT provides Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) sessions and related wellness services. Our services are intended for personal growth and emotional well-being and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

Important Disclaimers

Please understand the following:

• Not Medical Advice: EFT is a complementary wellness technique. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
• Not Therapy: While EFT can be profoundly helpful, it is not a replacement for licensed mental health therapy or counseling.
• Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own well-being and decisions. Results vary from person to person.
• Emergency Situations: If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact emergency services (911) or your healthcare provider immediately.

Booking and Appointments

• Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled through our booking system or by contacting us directly.
• Cancellation Policy: We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with adequate notice at no additional charge.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• We offer sliding scale pricing based on individual circumstances.
• Package payments are non-refundable but may be transferred with prior arrangement.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during sessions. Your privacy is paramount to us. We will not disclose session content to any third party without your written consent, except as required by law (such as mandatory reporting requirements for imminent harm to self or others).

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your health and well-being
• Communicate openly about your comfort level during sessions
• Take responsibility for your own healing journey
• Notify us of any significant health changes
• Respect appointment times and cancellation policies

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Vision EFT and Dillon Chik-McNeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and materials, is the property of Inner Vision EFT and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
